Participate in special Counselors-In-Training activities and Travel Camp Trips. Work with other counselors and CIT's in a responsible camp job. CIT's are either assigned to a specific camp group or to a specialty, such as pool, crafts, or sports & field for the entire summer. Develop skills for a permanent counseling position. (Interview required)
