Art - Encouraging creative self-expression and developing fine motor skills using clay, paints, chalk, crayons, scissors, glue, paper materials and various other media in interesting and exciting ways.
    

Music Enrichment - singing, dancing, exploring rhythm and movement with musical instruments, records, piano, guitar and  rhythm band. 

Our Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade students are introduced to a specific "hands-on" music program for young children. They are guided by a specially trained staff in building basic music skills and improving listening abilities while having fun playing keyboards, strings and other musical instruments.

Gymnastics - Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade students build strong bodies and minds at a nearby gymnastics studio. There is also Pre-K Gym and Fun Bus for our 3 year olds.

Social Communication -
In the classroom - Learning to function in a group, sharing toys, thoughts, feelings and ideas. Taking turns, developing self-awareness, building self-confidence and a positive self-image.  

In the community - Learning about holidays, customs and people, taking age-appropriate field trips (pumpkin/apple picking, aquariums, Liberty Science Center, etc.) and using these experiences as a basis to develop reading and writing skills, or having visitors come to us with special things to learn and do.

Computer Lab - computer software for reading and math enrichment, creative designing with geometric shapes. Kinderland participates in the New Jersey Technology Incentive Program with the State Department of Education.

Playtime - running, jumping, climbing, sliding, pretend play - being a fireman - being a mommy - being a king. Exercising minds and bodies in "becoming".
